Ingredients:
- 2 big zucchinis
- 1 egg
- 4-5 tbsp. oatmeal
- 3 tbsp. flour
- salt, pepper
- fresh parsley and dill
- 1 garlic clove (as you wish)
How to:
1. Grate the zucchini.
2. Add the egg, oatmeal, spices and finely chopped
parsley and dill plus minced garlic. Drain excessive water.
3. Heat oil in a frying pan, lay with a tbsp. the
batter into a frying pan (approx. 2 tbsp. per patty)and fry the patties on each
side until golden brown.
