Delicious flatbread with cheese Khachapuri


Ingredients for one pie (it’s big enough for several serves)
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tsp. dry yeast
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. butter
- a bit less than 1 cup milk or water

For the filling:
- 12 oz salty cheese (or a mixture of some basic cheese and feta)

How to:

1. Make dough mixing all the ingredients and let it rest for somewhat 20-30 minutes to rise. Punch it, put in a plastic bag and stick in the fridg for 20 minutes.
2. Menawhile grate the cheese.
3. Take out the dough, punch it again and make a flatbread. Put the cheese in the middle and pulling all the edges to the center pinch the flatbread.
4. Turn it upside down, punch carefully and again accuratly roll out to a flatbread. Make a small hole in the middle to prevent the dough from bubbling.
5. Bake at 400-450 degrees for 10-15 minutes. 3 minutes before the end put some butter on top and let it melt. This is an increadibly yummy thing!
