Cabbage patties


Ingredients:

- 35 oz cabbage
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- ½ cup semolina
- ½ cup flour
- chopped parsley and dill
- oil for frying
- breadcrumbs
- salt, pepper

How to:

1. Chop the cabbage and boil it for 8-10 minutes. Drain the cabbage and blend it together with onion and garlic. Finely chop parsley and dill.

2. Mix everything, add semolina and flour, salt and pepper. Form patties, crumb them in the breadcrumbs and fry until golden brown.
