Ingredients:
- 35 oz cabbage
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- ½ cup semolina
- ½ cup flour
- chopped parsley and dill
- oil for frying
- breadcrumbs
- salt, pepper
How to:
1. Chop the cabbage and boil it for 8-10 minutes.
Drain the cabbage and blend it together with onion and garlic. Finely chop parsley
and dill.
