This is a pretty quick, low calorie and delicious dish which could make
your dinner. The fish turns out very juicy and tender.
Ingredients:
- 24,7 oz salmon
- 24,7 oz salmon
- 1 cup rice
- 1 big onion
- 1 big carrot
- 1,5 cups grated cheese
- 4 tbsp. mayo
- 1 tomato
- salt, black pepper and dried herbs to your taste
- a little bit of fresh dill
How to:
1. Rub the fish with a bit of salt.
2. Cook the rice and rinse it.
3. Grease a lightly the baking form with oil and put fish in there.
4. The next layer is rice.
5. Cut the onion in semi-rings and grate the carrot.
6. Mix the vegetables with mayo in a seperate bowl and then distribute the mixture on top of the rice layer.
7. The next layer is going to be the cheese.
8. Cut the tomato in rings and decorate the casserole.
9. Bake 35-40 minutes in a preheated oven (356 degrees). Turn off the oven, take out the form, put some fresh dill on top and return the dish to the oven to rest there for another 15-20 minutes.
