Ingredients:
- 2 cups flour

- 1/4 cup butter
- 3 tbsp. cream or yoghurt
- 3/4 cup sugar (or to taste, depend on how sweet you like your cookie)

- 1/4 tsp. salt

For
the filling:
- 1 orange
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1 tbsp. starch
How to:
1. Mix the butter with sugar, add cream or yoghurt, egg, baking soda, salt and flour and mix thoroughly. Cover the dough with plastic food wrap and put for 30 minutes in the fridge.
2. For the filling – cut the orange in quarters, take out seeds and blend with sugar and starch.
3. Take out the dough, roll it out, distribute the filling and roll up. Put the roll back to the fridge for 15 minutes. Then take it out and cut into small 1,2" slices. Put on a baking sheet covered with baking paper with the sliced side down. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or so (until they get golden).
