Ingredients:
For
batter #1:

11 oz ground chicken meat

2 eggs

1 cup milk
-
1 bundle scallion, chopped
- salt and pepper

flour by eye – you should get a batter of a pancake batter texture
- 2 tbsp. melted butter
Instructions:
Mix all the ingredients and bake 3 large pancakes (crepes) of approx. 10.2 inch
across diameter.
For
batter #2:

1 zucchini, Finely grated and squeezed
-
1 bundle scallion, finely chopped
-
2 eggs
-
1 cup milk
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp. oil
- flour by eye – the same as in dough # 1, you should get a batter of a pancake batter texture
Instructions:
Mix all the ingredients and bake 3 10.2 inch crepes (pancakes).
For the filling:

1 lbs. mushrooms
-
2 onions
-
salt and pepper
Instructions:
Saute mushrooms with onions.
For
decoration:

3.7 oz grated cheese
-
mayo or cream
