Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup sugar

How to:
1. Beat up the eggs with the sugar.
Add 1 cup milk, jam, 2 cups flour and 2 tsp. baking soda.
2. Pour the batter into 2 baking forms and bake
at 365 degrees for 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Take
them out and let them cool for a while. Cut the cakes in halves lengthwise to get
4 layers.
3. Whip
the cream with castor sugar and smear each cake layer. Let the cake rest for a
while in the fridge. After a couple of hours it’s ready to serve. This is an
excellent dessert when you are pressed for time, the easiness however should not
deceive you - the result is just delicious.
