Ingredients:

1 pack of cream cheese Philadelphia

1 stick of butter

1/4 tsp.
salt

2,5 cups flour
For
the filling:
- 1 cup sugar

2 tbsp. ground cinnamon

1/2 cup chopped almonds or walnuts

4 tbsp. soft butter
How
to:
1.
Mix well all the ingredients for the dough and divide it into 4 parts. Put them
in the fridge for 1 hour.

For the filling: mix sugar and cunnamon.
3.Take out the dough. Roll it out into
a circle (each of the 4 parts), smear with butter dredge with cinnamon sugar and
chopped nuts.

Now cut the circle into equal pieces like you would be cutting a pizza
and roll
up each “pizza slice” from the broader side to the narrow end to get a roll
(the same way as croissants are made).
