Farmer cheese (quark) cookies

Ingredietns:  - 14 oz farmer cheese (quark) - 7 oz butter or margarine - 2 cups flour - 1 cup sugar - 1/2 tsp. baking soda - 1/3 tsp. salt How to: 1. Blend well the butter and quark, add salt and 1/2 cup sugar, quickly blend again.  2. Mix the blended mass with the flour and baking soda. Kneat a dough. Roll it out and cut out circles using a glass. 3. Now, dip every circle in sugar and fold each circle in half with the sugar side inwards. Dip the semi-circle again in sugar with one side and fold it one more time with the sugar side inside.  4. Dip the cookie in sugar one more time and put it on a baking sheet with the sugar side upwards. Bake at 360 for 20 or so until golde...

Ingredients: for the dough: -        9 oz flour - 4.5 oz butter (from the freezer) -2 eggs - pinch of salt - 3-6 tbsp. ice cold water For the filling: - 1.3 lbs fish (salmon) - 9 oz feta cheese - 14 oz frozen spinach - 3-4 tbsp. cream - salt to taste How to: 1. First preheat the oven to 390 degrees. 2. Grate the butter. The quicker you make the dough the better. 3. Mix the flour and salt and add to the butter. Make a hole and beat one egg. Add a couple of tbsp. ice cold water and kneat the dought. You may want to add some more ice cold water. 4. Wrap the dough in fodd plastic and put to the fridge for 30 minutes.
