Festive baked ham


















This is a very easy recipe which requires minimum effort producing nontheless a fantastic a delicious result.

Ingredients:

- 2.2 lbs. pork fillet
- 2 tbsp. red bilberry jam (or cherry jam)
- 2 tbsphoney
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- several cloves
- salt and pepper

How to:

1. Mix the jam, honey and lemon juice.
2. Put the meat into a baking form, make diagonal cross-cuts and rub with salt and pepper. Now smear the pork with the sauce and insert the cloves.
3. Bake at 365 degrees 45-55 minutes.
