Chicken meat balls baked with cream sauce



















This is a very tender and delicious dish which requires minimum effort and time.

Ingredients:

- 1.1 lbs chicken breast
- 1 onion
- 1 egg
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1/2 cup cream
- 2-3 tbsp. mayo
- 1 tbsp. butter
- 3.5 oz grated cheese
- salt and pepper to taste

How to:

1. First tenderize the meat, then chop it, mix with finely chopped onion, egg, salt and pepper.
2. Slightly grease a baking form with butter, form meat balls and put them into the form. Bake at 360 degrees 15-20 minutes.
3. Grate the cheese and mix it with cream and mayo. Take out the baking form with the meat balls from the oven, pour the cream sauce over and put it back. Bake for another 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Done!
