oatmeal cookies with coffee


















Delicious, low calorie and easy to make cookies.

Ingredients:

- 8.8 oz oatmeal
- 5.2 oz sugar
- 1 egg
- 3.5 oz butter or margarine
- 1.5 tbsp. cream
- 2 tsp. ground coffee
- grated zest from 1 lemon

How to:

1. Blend (grind) the oatmeal and sugar, add butter, cream, egg, coffee and zest. Mix all well and put the mixture to the fridge for 30 minutes.
2. Form cookies, lay them on a baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes at 360 degrees. Done! Delicious cookies are ready.

Farmer cheese (quark) and banana scones


















A very quick, easy and low calorie dessert.

Ingredients:

- 7-7.5 oz farmer cheese (quark)
- 1 banana

How to:

1. Blend
the quark and banana.
2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lay the scones with spoon on it. Bake for 10-15 minutes at 350-360 degrees.

Farmer cheese (quark) cookies

















Ingredietns: 

- 14 oz farmer cheese (quark)
- 7 oz butter or margarine
- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/3 tsp. salt

How to:

1. Blend well the butter and quark, add salt and 1/2 cup sugar, quickly blend again. 

2. Mix the blended mass with the flour and baking soda. Kneat a dough. Roll it out and cut out circles using a glass.

3. Now, dip every circle in sugar and fold each circle in half with the sugar side inwards. Dip the semi-circle again in sugar with one side and fold it one more time with the sugar side inside. 

4. Dip the cookie in sugar one more time and put it on a baking sheet with the sugar side upwards. Bake at 360 for 20 or so until golden.


Fish (salmon) pie with feta and spinach
















Ingredients:

for the dough:

-        9 oz flour
- 4.5 oz butter (from the freezer)
-2 eggs
- pinch of salt
- 3-6 tbsp. ice cold water

For the filling:
- 1.3 lbs fish (salmon)
- 9 oz feta cheese
- 14 oz frozen spinach
- 3-4 tbsp. cream
- salt to taste

How to:
1. First
preheat the oven to 390 degrees.
2.
Grate the butter. The quicker you make the dough the better.
3.
Mix the flour and salt and add to the butter. Make a hole and beat one egg. Add a couple of tbsp. ice cold water and kneat the dought. You may want to add some more ice cold water.
4. Wrap the dough in fodd plastic and put to the fridge for 30 minutes. But if you are in a rush, you can just as well roll out the gough immediately. It
s just that it tastes better frozen. You should take out the dough when the filling is ready.
5. Meanwhile let’s make the filling. Cut the fish into medium slices, also cut the feta cheese. Add the unfrozen spinach and cream and mix all well.


     6. Divide the dough into 2 parts: 2/3 and 1/3. Put the smaller one       
     back into the fridge. Roll out the bigger one and lay into a round  
     baking form. Cover with parchment paper, put a couple of handfulls 
     of dried peas and up into the oven. Bake for 15 minutes, then take 
     off the peas and bake for another 10 minutes.
     7. Roll out the smaller dough ball. Put the filling into the form   
     with the prebaked bottom of our pie 

     
     and cover with the second roled out dough part. Pinch the edges. Gently pierce the pie lid in 
     several places for better baking. 

Bake at 360 degrees for 1h. 20 
     minutes. Smear with beaten up egg some 10 minutes before the end.


Salad "White night"

















Ingredients:
- 7 vinegar pickled mushrooms 
- 2 onions (sauted) 
- 2 potatoes (boiled) 
- 1 carrot 
- 10.5 oz any cooked meat 
- 7.5 oz grated cheese
- mayo

How to:

1. Finely chop the mushroomsa and lay them in a salad dish. Chop the onion and saute it. Take
out and let cool. 
2. Lay the onion on top of the mushroom layer in the salad dish.
3. Now comes a thin layer of mayo. Next, grate the potatoes, spread them on top and also smear some mayo.
4. Now grate the raw carrot – it’s the next layer, next –again comes the mayo.
5. Chop the meat and put it as the next layer, then mayo. Finally comes a layer of grated cheese. Decorate with chopped fresh parsley or dill. Let it stand for some 30 minutes. The delicious salad is ready to serve!

Warm salad "Killing me softly"

Ingredients:

- 7 oz. crab sticks
- 10 oz button mushrooms
- 2 onions
- 2 boiled carrots
- bundle of dill
- olive oil
- oil for frying
- salt and pepper

How to:

1. Slice the onion in semi-circles and fry until golden.
2. Chop the mushrooms and fry until golden.
3. Chop the crab sticks in stripes and fry.
4. Combine all the ingredients plus grated or chopped boiled carrots. Add finely chopped fresh dill and sprinkle with olive oil. Enjoy this incredibly delicious salad.

Jug cooked potatoes with hunter's sausages

Ingredients:

- potatoes
- hunter’s sausages
- carrots
- onion
- salt, pepper, clove
- garlic
- some tomato sauce and water
- grated cheese
- fresh dill and parsley

How to:

1. Peel the potatoes and cut into cubes. Slice the hunter’s sausages. Set aside for a while.
2. Slice the carrots and stir fry them together with the tomato sauce and a couple of tbsp. water for some 10 minutes.
3. Add to the potatoes. Chopp the onion and garlic, add salt, pepper and clove. Mix all the ingredients and put in [clay] jugs. Bake for 45 minutes. Take out and put some grated cheese and fresh chopped dill or parsley on top. Yummilicious!
