delicious baked salmon roulade |
This
is a very flavorful dish that can be served on festive occasions. Yet it’s very
easy to make.
Ingredients:

10.5 oz salmon (fillet)

1 bundle of parsley and scallion (half and half, you can also take dill or
basil)
- 8 oz feta cheese
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice

black pepper
How to:
1.
Tenderize the fish fillet until it gets very thin. Sprinkle with lemon juice
and pepper.
2. Mash the feta cheese and mix it with
finely chopped fresh herbs. Distribute the filling on the fish fillet and roll it
up. Rub the roll with pepper and sprinkle with olive oil. Bake at 365 degrees
for 30 minutes.
