Simple recipe - delicious fish and mac casserole

















Ingredients:

- 1.1 lbs cod fish (or you can take half and half of cod fish and any other kind)
- 2 onions
- fresh dill
- 1 1/4 cup cream
- salt and pepper
- 2 eggs
- 4.5 oz grated cheese
- 3.7 oz pasta

How to:

1. Cook the pasta. Chop the fish and mix with chopped onions, dill, salt, pepper and 1/4 cup cream.
2. Beat up the eggs, add the remaining 1 cup of cream and salt to taste. Slightly grease a baking form. Put the half of the pasta to the form, the next layer – the fish mixture, finally the rest of the pasta. Pour over the cream and egg sauce.
3. Bake in the preheated oven at 365 degrees for 15 minutes. Then take out the form, put the grated cheese on top, put it back and increase the temperature to 392 degrees and bake for another 10 minutes.
