Bread loaf with cheese and garlic


Ingredients:

- 1 white bread loaf or baguette
- 3,5 oz grated cheese
- 3,5 oz butter
- 2-3 garlic cloves, crushed and finely minced
- finely chopped parsley and dill

How to:

1. Mix all the ingredients. Cut the bread loaf into slices half way through, without actually cutting the slices off.
2. Fill in the cut slots with the cheese mixture, wrap it up in tinfoil and bake at 392 degrees 20 minutes. Then open the foil and bake for another 5 minutes to get a nice crust.
