Farmer cheese (quark) cookies
Ingredietns:
- 14 oz farmer cheese (quark)
- 7 oz butter or margarine
- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp. baking
soda
- 1/3 tsp. salt
How to:
1. Blend well the butter
and quark, add salt and 1/2 cup sugar, quickly blend again.
2. Mix the blended mass
with the flour and baking soda. Kneat a dough. Roll it out and cut out circles using
a glass.
3. Now, dip every circle
in sugar and fold each circle in half with the sugar side inwards. Dip the semi-circle
again in sugar with one side and fold it one more time with the sugar side
inside.
4. Dip the cookie in
sugar one more time and put it on a baking sheet with the sugar side upwards. Bake at 360 for 20 or so until golden.
