A
very delicate and festive appetizer.
Ingredients:

a pack (7,5 oz) of crab sticks

3,7 oz cheese

2 eggs, hard-boiled
-
1 garlic clove
- mayo
How
to:
1.
Boil the eggs and let them cool down. Then grate them.
2.
Grate the crab sticks.
3.
Grate the cheese.
4.
In a bowl mix the cheese, eggs and a half of the grated crab sticks. Add 2-3 tbsp.
of mayo and crashed and finely minced garlic clove. Mix everything well.
5. Form small balls and roll them in the remaining
grated crab sticks. Decorate with fresh dill or parsley.
